steel post for inserting (18" deep) into the ground
or concrete. Surface Model has 2" Dia. x 6" H
heavy gauge steel mounting post.
- Retainer bands hold poly bags up for full capacity use
and easy emptying.
- Drain holes in bottom prevent water accumulation.
